Reach Out For Mental Health are going to have a little online hangout, just a relaxed zoom chat and you are all invited.
It will be hosted by ROFMH’s Kirsty & Stu, hangout #1 will be about music and it’s effects on your mental health.
Whether it’s playing records, going to gigs, listening to music when exercising, writing or playing music or just having the radio on.
There is no need to have your camera or mic on if you feel more comfortable that way.
They would also welcome you to all get involved and talk about the impact music has on you.
