On Thursday 7th March Healthwatch Thurrock‘s Engagement worker, Sumitra and Betty who kindly volunteers with them, attended the CHAPS Men’s Health Check event at Impulse Leisure, Blackshots.
This event provided Prostate Cancer Screening and Heart Disease checks by appointment only and a Skin Cancer Screening walk-in clinic.
Healthwatch Thurrock had the opportunity to speak to many people. They listened to concerns and signposted where necessary.
