Small Sparks Fund Claimed

Small Sparks is a match fund designed to support community-led projects across Thurrock. It’s aims are to bring residents together to work on the things that matter to them and their community.

Projects can apply for up to £250. Matching funds are available across Thurrock and will reside with Thurrock CVS.

• Funding is for a new idea
• At least three other neighbours must be willing to pledge time and energy into the new idea to make it happen
• You must be prepared to come to a community celebration to present your results
• Ideas can only apply for one funding request

Decisions about funding resides with a group of representatives from Thurrock CVS, Thurrock Council and members of the community. Members of the public are welcome to join the group and take part in decisions about bids they do not have have a direct interest in.
