Reach Out for Mental Health

Reach Out for Mental Health is a suicide prevention service that offers an opportunity for people to just talk about what they are going through. This could be due to recent events or things from the past.

We know talking can be difficult at times. We also know that talking really can help.

Our volunteers won’t judge you or try to fix you. We offer an opportunity to talk in confidence, with a friendly, trained local person. We won’t pressure you to talk, and you don’t have to pretend that everything is ‘fine’ if it’s not. You can talk about anything that is bothering you and how it is affecting your life, especially if you have thoughts of hurting yourself. If you’re feeling like you don’t want to die but just want the pain to stop, then you’ve made a great first step.

We’re available Monday-Friday 9am-7pm. Give us a call on 07898 220 384 or email us on info@reachoutfmh.co.uk and we can discuss how best we can support you.
