The Change Project

The Outreach Service offers support to people where domestic abuse is a concern in their personal or family relationships.
The service is open to anyone aged 16yrs or above, regardless of background, gender, ethnicity or sexual orientation.

How can we help?
The Change Project has 12 years’ experience delivering RESPECT Accredited behaviour change programmes to increase the wellbeing of people who are, or have been, living with conflict or domestic abuse.
Our core aim is to promote wellbeing through enabling people to have healthy relationships in families, between individuals and in the community.
We offer you fully funded 1-2-1 support and advice, and can signpost you to other local agencies that may be able to offer you and those affected by your abusive behaviour additional support.

Monday- Friday 09:00- 17:00.

We can offer support out of these hours for people working.
