Your learning journey can start or begin again at any stage in life and we will continue to offer a wide range of flexible courses that you can study part-time improving your confidence and wellbeing.
Our vocational courses can help you reskill or upskill your knowledge to ensure you achieve recognised qualifications to go further in your career or start a new one. Your work or physical wellbeing may have been affected by the recent lockdown. We can help you with a range of courses designed to get you back on track.
Visit www.tacc.ac.uk and the 'Find A Course' page where you can search for your course and book online, including any pre-course assessment required for vocational courses. For Family Learning, you can find full details online then call freephone 0800 783 7733 to book your place (if there are children enrolling).
We offer free English, Maths and Family Learning courses plus a Wellbeing programme including courses for those identifying with mild mental health issues. There are also free Confidence Boosting and Moving Forward or Self-Esteem: Good To Be Me courses, Money Management and Lipreading, all subject to ESFA eligibility and funding rules.
Qualification and Skills courses may be free for learners receiving unemployment benefits or on a low income. More details are available online at www.tacc.ac.uk or by calling our Learner Services Team on 01375 372476.
Our Discretionary Learner Support Fund may be available for you if you are taking a qualification course, upto Level 2, and are not eligible to receive the concession rates. You can apply for an Advanced Learner Loan to help with the costs of studying a course at Level 3.
Over-65s and learners receiving state benefits receive a discounted rate on our extensive range of Leisure, Lifestyle and Craft courses.
