Thurrock U3A was established over 20 years ago.  Originated in 1982 in the United States U3A is a world-wide movement of locally-run interest groups that provide a wide range of opportunities to come together to make new friends as well as for fun and learning.   

Members explore new ideas, skills and activities together.  There are over 1,057 U3As in the UK with over 450,000 Members. 

Membership to Thurrock U3A costs £20 per annum 1st September – 31st August annually and is open to those who are no longer in full-time work.

Meetings

Last Wednesday of the month starting at 10am at the Civic Hall, Blackshots.

Professional speakers invited to give presentations.
