Yazh Tamil School (Grays Tamil School)

We are a school based in Grays and founded in 2017 by Jothy Hetti Arachchige to enlighten the next generation with the joys of our cultural arts and language. We provide the children with nationally recognised qualifications from TEDC which equivalate to UCAS points when applying to university. Instruments we teach include veena, miruthangam, piano, violin and Carnatic music along with Bharatanatyam dance. We provide families from deprived backgrounds with books free of charge as we believe education should be accessible to all and the ability for our students to successfully communicate with family member back home is of utmost importance.
