Back in January, Thurrock CVS encouraged local Voluntary and Community groups to take part in a digital survey, these results enabled us to better understand the IT and digital needs of the VCFSE sector.
Mark Tebbs, CEO of Thurrock CVS said, “At Thurrock CVS, one of the things we hear about most frequently from groups is problems with Information Technology (IT). In this day and age, technology has become an integral part of supporting us in our job roles.
“During January, we received over 50 responses from Thurrock Voluntary and Community groups, which is brilliant! Receiving this feedback has really highlighted ongoing issues groups are facing and how common they are throughout the borough. I’d like to thank everyone who took part in the survey – your contribution is so important to help shape the future for the sector!”
This work is part-funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and will help inform the development of investment proposals to support Thurrock’s voluntary sector.
