Community Health Champions Project
Thurrock has 3 Community Health Champions working across the borough offering advice, encouragement and guidance about your general health and wellbeing.
Their role will include supporting residents with any concerns and signposting to relevant information and identifying connectors in the community that would be interested in helping them to share health information.
