Open to individuals that want to improve their health;
Participants will get personalised nutritional advice tailored to their needs for Health, Wellness and Fitness such as for:
Weight loss/management and lifestyle
Individual with Diabetes, High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) or Mental Health disease such as depression.
Fitness
Nutrition Workshops will be held on Thursdays between 6:30pm – 7:30pm, these will be online via Zoom plus one on one contact.
Group Walks are Saturdays, 8:30am – 9:30am in Grays.
Once you enrol, further details (meeting info and zoom link) will be circulated.
