Three volunteers, have successfully passed Food Hygiene and Safety Level 2 and Food Allergens training and a further 2 are in the process of completing.
Staff and volunteers at Purfleet-on-Thames Community Hub worked together to produce processes and checks for their Community Fridge / Freezer. On inspection by Thurrock Council Environmental Health, they received a 5 star (very good) Food Hygiene rating.
