Bettertogether, the not for profit organisation which runs Shared Lives schemes in Newham, Havering and Thurrock is recruiting two new posts, as we continue to grow our business in all three boroughs. The scheme currently has offices in Stratford and Romford, and it is expected that Officers will work across all three boroughs.

SHARED LIVES OFFICER £31,797- £33,554 PA
This person will recruit and support Shared Lives Carers enabling them to provide high quality individualised support to individuals placed with them. You will have experience of working in Adult Social Care, and of supervising others but not necessarily of Shared Lives. You will be good at building relationships with a wide range of people.
SHARED LIVES SENIOR OFFICER £34,797 – £36,554
This person will already have experience of working in a shared lives scheme, will have good IT skills, and be ready to take a lead on new initiatives and quality assurance across the scheme, whilst maintaining a caseload of shared lives arrangements. Your enthusiasm for shared lives will shine through.
