You will learn how to tell funders what they need to know and give your application the best chance of success.

Getting prepared to make applications
Finding the right funder
Understand how to make your project attractive to potential funders
You will have the opportunity to try your hand at a funding application – so it would be useful to bring a project idea with you!

This workshop is ideal for anyone who is looking to apply for grant funding from Trusts and Foundations, especially if you are new to writing funding applications.
The trainer
Vanessa Bennett is Voluntary and Community Sector Development Worker at Thurrock CVS. She has extensive experience making successful applications and supporting others with applications.
This session will offer the opportunity to attend face-to-face or via Zoom.
