ST Lukes were pleased to launch ‘Moments in Life’, a new service offering their hospice patients the opportunity to capture a memory or memoir with the help of one of their trained Wellbeing Volunteers.
Volunteers will help create lasting memories for families, and this can be in the form of a video message, perhaps writing a letter/cards, creating a memory box or simply putting a message in a bottle or a jar.
