The Stroke Association are working in collaboration with TIME, an Essex based music service, with a concept that allows participants of all ages, abilities and backgrounds, the opportunity to express and experiment, for their own benefit, within a musical environment.
‘Time to Move’ sessions are taking place throughout August and September this summer.
These sessions are not exclusive to Stroke survivors and are available to support other client groups who may benefit.
