Mindfulness training
This introductory session on mindfulness helps us explore ways to step out of the autopilot mode of our daily lives and opens our mind to being more present in the moment.
Over three and a half hours you will learn and practice mindfulness techniques in a supportive and secure environment facilitated by an experienced mindfulness practitioner.Session dates: 15/9/2023 & 10/11/2023
