Administration and Client Support Assistant
We require an Administration and Client Support Assistant to support our information and advice service, which will involve processing client information via spreadsheets using DropBox, liaising with clients via phone and emails, retrieving and logging messages from voicemail, scanning, photocopying and filing of documents and other tasks as designated by the Office Manager.

World of Work Support Volunteer
As a World of Work Support Volunteer you will be undertaking a valuable and fulfilling role, assisting the World of Work Facilitator and participants with a variety of tasks, which include: Supporting participants with CV updating and development, job searching and applications, liaising with other organisations to arrange volunteering and work experience placements for clients, supporting the delivery of the Prepare4Work and Job Club sessions, enabling clients to fully participate to get the most from the sessions and to build their self-esteem and confidence.
